No for safety reasons everyone must stay in your vehicle at all times. Once on the fairgrounds you can unbuckle and get comfortable. DO NOT let kids out of the vehicle, there are too many vehicles lined up and people not expecting to watch out for kids walking, so please DO NOT let kids out the vehicle.
Yes we have signs to tell you when to turn off your headlights before you begin, that makes the experience of the lights better. Also, to not shine on the car in front of you. If you can’t get your lights off stay a good distance back from the vehicle in front of you so you are not shinning your lights on them.
We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online to to minimize wait times at the gate for a smoother experience.
Yes you can pay cash at the gate there will be a separate line for paying at the gate.
Yes you can still use your ticket and come another day at the same price, we will not be able to refund for a Saver Night if you purchased a Weekend Night. But we can upgrade you from a Saver Night to a Weekend Night. Just come with your ticket and we can make the adjustment at the gate.
You will tune your own vehicle radio station to our provided station on the property to hear the music and see the lights dance to the programmed music.
Yes we will have Port-O-Potties, for emergencies in a special area, that will have you exit the line and have to get back in line.
We are sorry but a Limo or bus will not fit through some of the curves of the show so no limos or busses will be allowed.
Yes we are open in the rain, unless it is a bad thunderstorm for safety. Rain showers do make the experience even prettier, but if its lighting or bad wind we will need to shut down. We will announce on our Facebook page if we close due to weather soon as we make that decision.
You will drive your own vehicle following the lighted path.
You will be AMAZED ANY NIGHT AND EVERY NIGHT!!! If you want to skip long lines weekdays are usually lighter crowds and on weekends usually closer to opening time.
Yes you can come as many nights as you want and save by getting the UNLIMITED TICKET as a money saver, your kids will love this, it will brighten your days throughout the season and you always see things you may have missed before. The songs change as you move through the display so there is always more to see.
I’m sorry we can not issue refunds but if you selected the Purchase Protection we offer when purchasing your ticket you can file a claim through them.
No, sorry on your first visit a picture will be taken to link to your ticket, so every visit your picture will identify driver only
